Lynn answered phone at agents office. We talked and I decided I would call the company. I called Lynn again because i needed help and she called company for me. Lynn, Also called me to make sure all was ok 2/10/26 - had an insurance review with Julie. Very helpful and explained everything. Answered ally questions.
Service has been somewhat inconsistent and I always talk to a new person. This reminds me on my previous 1‑800 insurance which defeats the purpose of using a local agency. I was told that State Farm is a good insurance company - I will try a different agency to see if I can find a better fit.
