Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was this urologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
