I scheduled with her two months ago (they don’t have many openings) during my trip to the office had traffic related delay so I called the office telling them I will be late and if that is ok and they said its fine. Upon arrival at 11:47 am for my 11:30 am appointment the girl in front desk told me they only give grace period of 15 min and I am 2 min late so must reschedule!!!
