I have been with this practice for years. Love them. HOWEVER the glasses department is a joke. More concerned with you buying glasses from them, then the well being of the child. Been trying to get my daughters full script from them for weeks but now they refuse to release the entire thing because I will go elsewhere to buy glasses. After already buying a pair from them just a couple months ago. Absolutely ridiculous.
Made an appt for my daughter to have her annual eye exam & contact fitting/training. A receptionist calls Friday to confirm. Saturday morning the office has NO record of anything to do with contact lenses Dilated her eyes conducted eye exam and sent us on our way. Goodbye Metzger
