Very caring and excellent customer service she explains everything so you will clearly understand what she is talking about. You will not leave her office without an understanding of your treatment plan.
Dr. Long has done a neck and lumbar spine surgery on me. I trust her completely. I appreciate that she explains everything in-depth, answers questions thoroughly, is professional and never rushes me out of her office.
She's always up front with regards to where you are on your x-rays or your MRIs and read them in detail to let you know what to expect and what she's going to do
