My appt was at 10:15. Arrived at 10:00. I was called in to have my eyes tested about 30 minutes later. They also dilated my eyes. Sent back to waiting room and was called into a room at 12:40 where I waited again to see the doc. I finally left at 12:55 in disgust as I had to pick up my son from school at 1:00, 15 miles away. I never got to see the doctor. I asked the receptionist if this appt timing was typical and she said, yes. Really? Looking for a new opthamologist.
