I feel very fortunate to finally have a great Doctor in the Park City area. Luckily i had a friend to refer me to Dr Dolan and have been super happy getting my medical needs back on track. Dr Dolan seems to really care about what is going on with a person and orders test accordingly. also has follow up telehealth appointments if needed. Highly recommend Dr Dolan and so glad to have found her.
I have been a patient of Doctor Dolan for almost 2 decades. My daughters who are young adults are also her patients. Doctor Dolan is a great listener. She always listen to my concerns and find solutions for them. She always follow up and is very thorough. My daughters like her too. She is very good at listening them and listening to their experiences and suggestions. Doctor Dolan works with the patient as a team. I highly recommend Doctor Dolan.
I've been going to Dr. Dolan for over 11 years. We recently were looking for a doctor for my husband and chose one in Salt Lake. The experience with him makes me really appreciate Dr. Dolan. Unfortunately, it was hands down the WORST doctors appointment EVER. I left feeling insulted, humiliated and completely disregarded as a patient interested in getting answers to several medical issues. I am a healthy 57 year old and worked for IHC for many years, and have therefore come to know numerous physicians. Julie Dolan has by far the worst bedside manner and makes excuses for her lack of knowledge of particular medical problems. Not very compassionate, doesn't seem to care about the patient or their finances, won't refill prescriptions unless you come in for a visit then charges you $100 plus to get routine medications refilled, went in for annual physical which should be covered by insurance but she noted pre existing condition for billing purposes so I was charged $300. Would highly recommend going elsewhere to a doctor that cares.
Dr Dolan failed to provide the care required to address my health issues. I suggested consultations with specialists and she failed to follow up on unanswered questions. For a year I was left to my own devices despite repeated requests for help and my health deteriorated. She did not directly address my physical or emotional needs and showed no apparant interest in me or my well being. She is a terrible doctor.
Dr. Dolan is great. The office help is terrible. It took me almost 30 minutes on hold to make the appointment. The blood draw was so bad I had visible bruising on my left arm. They did a battery of tests since I hadn't been in since breast cancer in 2015. I had a message on my phone to call Jordan today. I called back. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. They couldn't find her. I still don't have the results of my tests. My husband is Rush's patient and had the exact same experience.
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Dolan for 5 years. We are retired and have a lot of experience wth the medical profession before we met her. We are quite critical of the majority of doctors. Overall, we have been impressed with her style, integrity, common sense, and practical insights on a whole series of medical issues. We think she is well read on current medical developments. She talks fast but tries to explain things adequately and gives us the time to discuss concerns.
This physician acts more like an attorney. She argues with things I know to be true as told to me by the best doctors in Utah. Her speed is of benefit to her and not the patient. She made statements without accurate background information. I would not trust her. I left feeling as if she thought I was a dishonest criminal. This physician was basing advice on her own lack of knowledge. I did not care for her lack of integrity. The office staff is incredible.
