I’ve been seeing Dr. Dickson for several years now. I find her to be a great listener, open to my thoughts and questions, and she’s always been a very warm and personable individual to work with. She collaborates with my therapist regularly, and she always returns my phone calls. I’d recommend her to anyone!
I guess they stopped taking my insurance (or never did?) but they failed to tell me until nearly a year after my insurance changed, and will no longer file claims on my behalf. Sherri the finance manager was extremely rude in explaining this and even though I have not ever been notified of a bill snappily asked "So, you are going to pay me then?" after asking for assistance with the paperwork to file for myself. I have been with Dr Dickson since 2018/2019. She has managed my meds through 2 pregnancies, a miscarriage, a marriage etc. she is very kind, understanding, and does not push medication. I have stayed with her despite changing insurance that they do not accept
The staff is great! Always super friendly & helpful. Dr. Dickson is amazing and so caring.
