Informative, knowledgeable, attentive, and good bedside manners.
Dr. Delilly is fantastic. She is the most thorough doctor I've ever been to. She is so incredibly smart--absolutely knows what she's doing--and helpful. In all my years seeing her as my PCP, I've never felt rushed; she listens, and is understanding and kind. When I go to Dr. Delilly, I trust her completely and I know I'm in good hands! My mom and I have been both going to her for years.
Condescending, defensive, lacking in empathy. Really disheartening.
