Extraordinary: Thural, courteous, caring, and extremely patient with the elderly. The entire staff/office is terrific.
Dr. Boss is highly knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my eye condition and how to go about resolving the issue. Happy to finally find a great opthalmologist that is closer to home.
MOST Thorough Eye Exam in my life. I have had several, all by MD Opthalmologists, who were nowhere nearly as thorough. I was feeling poorly and my attitude reflected it; it was late in the day. No one cut corners. The support staff were patient and friendly. The assistant/technician was EXTREMELY THOROUGH, as was Dr Boss.
What a disappointing experience. This office is overpriced and poorly managed. Dr. Boss was rude and her assistant was extremely snotty. I will never return and will share my horrible experience and their inflated pricing information with anyone who will listen. Shame on you, for a healthcare provider I did not feel well cared for.
