Whoever’s working today 3/3/26 in the afternoon needs a serious refresher course on customer service. Absolutely terrible! Don’t shop here unless you want to be treated poorly. They don’t have any on hand arrangements available to choose from and you’ll be told “it’ll take all day” to explain what they do have available “in the back”.
Every order that I’ve gotten from Julia’s has been perfect. My dil and granddaughter received flowers from my daughter in law’s family from Julia’s that were absolutely gorgeous. You won’t be disappointed.

I ordered my husband a peace lily for his office. What he received was a dish garden with no peace lily at all included. I called the Florist and was told the wholesaler didn’t have any peace lily’s so they substituted the dish garden. The lily I ordered was in a planter and appeared to be a couple of feet tall. The dish garden was about 6 inches wide and about a foot tall. I Understand substitution, but this difference was unbelievable. I went in Wednesday evening and ordered 3 sets of memorial flowers...a saddle and 2 sides in each set..They had them ready Saturday morning and they are absolutely stunning..Tonya did an amazing job helping me pick out flowers and she was very patient..She also did an outstanding job making the flowers..10 out of 10 recommend using Tonya at Julia's florist
