Watch out POCs this isn't the store for you, Julia's bridal is probably only months away from closing down based on the attitude of their associates. The outdated inventory, extremely poor service and inconvenient hours will most likely drive them into the ground. My experience at Julia's Bridal and Fashions was absolutely phenomenal! The staff, especially Christina, were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel like the only bride in the room. They listened carefully to my vision of having a mermaid silhouette dress, patiently helped me try on stunning gowns, and helped me find my dream wedding dress. I bought my prom dress here 10 years ago, and I still remember what a fun and amazing experience it was. The staff made me feel so special, and I left with a dress I absolutely loved. Just a few days ago, I came back to find a bridesmaid dress, and I was thrilled to have the same wonderful experience. The staff were just as welcoming and helpful, and I found a beautiful dress that’s perfect for the occasion. I couldn’t be happier with both my experiences here—this place is truly a gem!

This was my first time trying on Bridal Gowns. The ladies at Julia’s Bridal were so kind and extremely helpful. They were willing to order my dream dress for me without hesitation. I highly recommend Julia’s Bridal for your Bridal Dress shopping.

I would give this a 0 if I could. Absolutely the worse customer service experience ever. We went in to find a dress for my mother and the sales associate was rude, dismissive and said we should go to another store. Didn’t even bother helping us to clip the dress and said the dress is too big and there’s nothing she could do. Never coming back here again and do not recommend anyone to. Never experienced someone so unwelcoming.
