Best Haircut / Stylist in Minnetonka/ Twin Cities Guaranteed!!. I was just driving by and seen the sign and thought why not. Sure she is kind and the shop is clean and the environment was relaxing. JuliAnn has been doing my hair for 25 years and she’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had.
I have been going to JuliAnn for my extensions for sometime now. She is AMAZING with install, tightening, color, & cutting extensions. I love I can go to her for in-between color touch ups or entire color WITH my extensions! She makes your extensions look natural. No one thinks I have extensions in! You will not be disappointed!!
