Juliann has been so helpful and professional. We went to her open house. She was friendly and informative. It ended up we bought the house. Since we don't live in the area, we also used her service to lease the house. She always keeps us in the loop but not overkill with details. I will recommend her without hesitation and counting on her to find me good tenants.
Juliann did an excellent job as the listing agent for the home we just bought in Quincy. She was very knowledgable about the area and helped navigate both parties through some tricky situations (buying during a pandemic, dealing with a water issue, and resolving responsibility for a broken appliance). Her follow up was impeccable and she was very professional. I would highly recommend Juliann for any real estate transaction.
