Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with J Hairstylist. I had booked my hair extension re-taping appointment weeks in advance and attended as scheduled. During the appointment, while my extensions were being removed and re-taped, I was told that the service would take longer than expected and that there wasn't enough time to complete it. I’ve been going to Juliana for over 20 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is incredibly professional, consistent, and truly talented—she always gets it exactly right.
