Excellent customer service and treatments! I’ve had 2 appointments so far both Keratin and colour treatment and couldn’t be more pleased, have booked a further appointment ~ safe to say I’ve found a new hairdresser
Juliana did nanoplasty on my frizzy and curly hair and it has been amazing for me. Her knowledge and expertise on nanoplasty and hair health was really impressive. 2 weeks later I am still amazed at how sleek, healthy and easy to manage my hair is. Will definitely come back for my next one and would highly recommend Juliana.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with J Hairstylist. I had booked my hair extension re-taping appointment weeks in advance and attended as scheduled. During the appointment, while my extensions were being removed and re-taped, I was told that the service would take longer than expected and that there wasn't enough time to complete it. I’ve been going to Juliana for over 20 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is incredibly professional, consistent, and truly talented—she always gets it exactly right.
