Came in a few weeks ago and Juliana coloured my hair very badly - it was all patchy. And she left colour all on my face which I had to ask her to remove. Said she would do a treatment in it to help. I couldn't believe how expensive it all was !!! Over $400 for a colour, a very quick blowdry and a treatment. I have just moved to Narrabeen and was hoping to try her as my new hairdresser but I cannot afford to keep going back there. Went to get my roots coloured , came out with the roots lighter then half my head! Looks hideous ! Now I have a band in my hair . Maybe you need to go to specsavers. not only that the girl who you have working there to needs practice on how to wash someone's hair , water wasn't warm enough no scalp massage and chair not comfortable.

Excellent customer service and treatments! I’ve had 2 appointments so far both Keratin and colour treatment and couldn’t be more pleased, have booked a further appointment ~ safe to say I’ve found a new hairdresser
