i would give no star. nurse told me to call when i arrive to the office parking lot and take my father to the office due to covid when i made an appointment which i understand but didnt even see the doctor just had a conversation about the medical condition over the phone in the parking lot this couldve been done at home if it was just a phone call. i called back to to complain about not seeing the doctor and they are saying nurse told me not to come to the office which i dont understand where i have all the procedure that i... read more

The receptionist will answer you rudely no matter how kind and patient you are - every single time. She makes you feel like you are disturbing her with your call and does not take the time to listen to what you need. Dr. Choe did not want to prescribe medication because “he has not seen me in person or know what I look like” but also will not let any of his patients come in to the office - I am not hiding from him - he simply won’t let anyone in the office.
