Best doctor hands down ! Always leave his office knowing my kids are in good care :) Love when we get Linda! She makes us feel so comfortable and actually remembers your kids and why they were in before. Never have a problem scheduling appointments , they always make room when I call if I’m concerned for even a sneeze . Love love love this offic and doctor !!
I too had problems with getting an appt for my daughter's yearly exam. I called a couple days before her birthday and they told me I had to call after her birthday. In all my daughter's 7 years I had never heard this. Called 211 for info on this and was told that's not true. I changed providers back in March and signed the release to send records to the new Doc. Awesome doctor. Bad Nursing Assistants. Nursing Assistants such as LINDA never answers the phone. The doctor goes out of town and they don’t book appointments if it’s not an emergency. I called on Thursday May 30th, 2019 to book an appointment (the doctor was out of town) LINDA answered very rude and said “I cannot schedule you today because it’s not an emergency.” I tried calling back to get an explanation and instead of getting an explanation she said the doctor in duty was not going to see my daughter.
