People need to understand Dermatology it’s hard to find someone good. There are not enough good Drs. In this field. Out all 4 other Drs. I’ve seen in my life Dr. Ngo has been the BEST! If you have a full waiting be glad. If zero people were in waiting room I’d be wondering. I’ve been with Dr. Ngo since he started in Carlisle. I give him 10 stars he’s worth every penny. I’d wait until the cows came home for him to see me.

Dr ngo is a very nice person. He has been my dermatologist for two years now, and he’s been very professional and really knows what he’s doing.
The worst dermatologist group in the area for getting treatment or appointments. Impossible to get a timely appointment. Called yesterday - no one called back. Called today to indicate I urgently needed to see Dr. Ngo. Earliest time was Nov 14, 2018. No policy for emergency appointment. That's ridiculous. When I asked again about emergency visit, I basically was told take it or leave it! I would not recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Ngo is the most thorough, attentive, humble, and more importantly - genuine, health care provider I have ever met. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I felt so comfortable and welcomed by him. He and his staff are there to serve the community and treat us with compassion unlike some large dermatology companies that are popping up everywhere. Sometimes he runs a behind schedule, probably because he actually spends time with you. If you want the best dermatologist, have some patience.
I found dr ngo to be very pleasant even though he was 55 minutes late. He seemed too shy to provide me with a thorough skin check. Because he had me wear a robe and underwear, I felt only 50% checked Not enough chairs I. Waiting room I had to stand
No one in the area compares to Dr Ngo, he is hands down the best Dr that I have visited. He never makes you feel rushed, explains and addresses all your questions and concerns. The staff are also very down to earth and make you feel as you matter. So many places nowadays are all about getting you in and out as quickly as possible, not here! you feel as if you truly matter.
Dr. Ngo is a very wonderful polite and friendly man. He introduced himself and shook my hand when he entered the room. He has a great easy-going personality. I have no desire to go anywhere else. The person who accompanied me was so impressed that she filled out the paperwork to become a new patient and switch from her current dermatologist. He was extremely competent, patient and a very good listener. His staff are wonderful and very helpful. I am scheduled for my next appointment.
My husband is a heart transplant recipient & is prone to skin cancers because of the immuno suppressants he is required to take in order to prevent organ rejection. Dr Ngo and his staff are very professional, organized & thorough at each appt. I highly recommend him to others for all of their dermatology needs.
