TLDR - Julian is a wizard, his service was impeccable in every way I can think of. Listen, I don't call just anybody a wizard. That's an earned title of respect. My husband and I worked with Julian to find our home. He was very helpful through out the whole process! He was always easy to contact, he was informative on the properties and surrounding areas, and he always did his best to get us into viewing homes as we sent lists! A very personable guy who had our best interest at heart. We highly recommend!
Julian was helpful and flexible through the process of my townhouse purchase. There were a few things he wasn’t sure about since we were buying within a co op but he made sure to get answers within a reasonable time frame. Personable and knowledgable, will be recommending the next time someone I know is in the market for a new home!
