Me and my boyfriend are first time home owners, and knew really nothing about what the process is. Julian has made searching and purchasing a home a comfortable and good learning experience. He took the time to answer all of our questions and show us each house, what to look for, and what the next steps would be when we were ready. TLDR - Julian is a wizard, his service was impeccable in every way I can think of. Listen, I don't call just anybody a wizard. That's an earned title of respect.
