I had two personal experiences with this firm. First, when my aunt died. And not long after when my uncle passed away. In both cases, I had very poor experiences. After my aunt died, Julian Gray Associates appointed John Morrow to the case. Mr. Morrow passed away, and it took Julian Gray Associates many months to appoint a new lawyer, and rather than informing me that the lawyer had passed away, I found out when I contacted them asking what is happening with the case.
