They "Fixed" my CRV after a deer jumped into the road and smashed the front end. Cant shift the vehicle due to clutch lines that where smashed and not replaced. Fluid leaking all over and ruined the master cylinder. Julians deferred blame to Cookeville Transmission and we got stuck with the bill.
These people are first class all the way. They quickly gave me an estimate to repair my Lexus, USAA approved it immediately. They gave me a time to bring in the car and a date it would be finished. Everyone in the shop was polite and helpful. They completed the repairs exactly on the time they forecast. No wonder they are a USAA certified repair facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repair.

The other day I lost my passenger mirror to a mailbox. I bought a new one from eBay. And these amazing people got me in and out in just 30 minutes. They handed me my keys and told me I was good to go. They did it for free. You guys have NO idea how much I appreciate that! I've been strapped for cash lately. So I went the cheap way, bought an off color cheap mirror online, and had a shop install it. They helped me out even more without knowing that. Julian's will always be my go to and will definitely refer!!
Julian's Autobody & Frame Shop is the best anywhere! I drive a 2000 Lexus RX300. I looked at the new Lexus', but I like my 2000 much better. Soooo, I decided to keep my 17 year old SUV and see if I could get the body looking like new again. (It still runs like a new Lexus.) I live in Nashville, but decided to take it to Julian's in Cookeville because I have heard so many positive testimonies for this shop. I am so glad I did.
