I trust Dr. Armstrong implicitly. He is caring and has a down to earth manner. Very thorough, explains everything, answers all questions. He made me feel comfortable about the procedure I had. I highly recommend him.
Have been using Dr Armstrong for several years. Very personable and easy to talk with. Explains everything thoroughly. Whole staff is pleasant and helpful and easy to deal with.

Dr. Armstrong and his team go beyond what is expected from a Staff/patient perspective. Their concern for the psychological wellness of the patient is clearly evident. I was completely relaxed and confident I was in caring hands. I could not be more pleased with their gentleness, kindness and thoroughness.
While things did not fully work out the way we wanted Dr. Armstrong tried hard to get to the root of the problem. Called back a few times to help or attempt to help and as such his efforts are much appreciated.
The followup visit was conducted via zoom by telephone due to the virus issue. It was very good and Dr. Armstrong made one feel as they were in his office. He was pleasant as always and asked about the medication that I was taking. As the visit concluded he asked if I was comfortable with this type of visit and my answer was yes. I would like to see more followup visits with other physicians conducted in the same manner.
A very pleasant experience. All of the personal working at the receiving windows were well informed and capable of answering any and all questions. The employee who took my data was also extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Armstrong was well informed as to my prior treatments and outlined a future treatment program to meet my needs. Everyone with whom I interacted was courteous, kind, and more than willing to be of help.
Everyone in Dr. Armstrong's office treated me and my husband with respect and gave us answers to our questions. I do not usually get such treatment because I am old. I am VERY pleased and appreciative of this office.
This is my third coloscopic exam by Dr. Armstrong and he is a skilled doctor and has a great personality.
