If I could give you zero stars I would have Arrived almost six hours late
My sister in law ordered flowers for my nieces christening- They were supposed to be there early AM at the restaurant we were going to after the church. We get there and no centerpieces were on the table to my sister in laws surprise. They don't get there until 12:30 which was already in the middle of lunch. She sends them right back and tells them to provide a refund. Now its 1:15 Monday afternoon and no refund has been sent. Not sure why it was not refunded on the spot. I was looking for a florist in NYC to do the bouquet and boutonniere for my City Hall elopement and came across the beautiful Julia Testa storefront in Soho during a visit to the city over the summer. I'm so thankful that I did because everyone on their team was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, the flowers were very reasonably priced for the excellent quality of work, and my bouquet could not have turned out more perfectly. I would highly recommend trusting them with important occasions or any other floral needs!
