When I was not happy with the flowers sent to my daughter I called Brooklyn and explained that the flowers didn’t look like the style or colours that I had ordered. I was pleased with the response and a new arrangement was exchanged with the old the very next day. My daughter who worked with flowers in Toronto said that they were so gorgeous she didn’t want them to die. Thank you Julia Testa I will continue to use your services. Ettie Shuken
I’ve ordered Flowers from Julia Testa a few times now and they always exceed expectations! Beautiful storefront and amazing customer service and prompt delivery!
They allowed me to put an order on hold and when I was ready they sent it the same day. And they substituted some premium parrot tulips for free. Great service is at least as important as the product. They get an A+ all around!
