Julia is a realtor with heart, grit, great negotiation skills and the whole package in one. My older parents were relocating to the Granger South Bend area and she knows the area hands down as she grew up here. She really listened to us as what my parents wanted and she found them the perfect house and made the whole transition fast and seamless. You will not be disappointed one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. Highly recommend her!
Julia is the BEST of the BEST! She was able to share some great tips on how to prepare my house for the sale. Was a challenging time to sell the house in October. The timing was close since I was preparing for a relocation & a new build at the same time! A tad stressful to say the least! She kept me calm, was always in touch with updates & was very proactive. I hope I NEVER have to move again which is what I said 10 years ago! However, if I do, Julia is my first call! The BEST of the BEST!
