Julia has an amazing way of listening and guiding. She has been very helpful to me in my journey. Like facing my fears head on through experience on and believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. And when I go off on a tangent.:) She knows how to kindly bring me back. I am extremely grateful to her for being a fair party and listening ear. She truly cares for my well being. And her wide knowledge of mental health is impressive and assuring.

She challenges me to consider new viewpoints while never forcing me to her's. Since working with her, I am able to make better decisions about what I want and what I need from myself and others. Julie is an amazing resource for my daughter. She is a wonderful listener, patient and incredibly smart. She has helped us all through many difficult situations and we are extremely grateful. Not only is my daughter extremely comfortable with her, but she looks forward to every visit. I don’t know what we would do without her.
