Julia Kovtsun is rude and treated me like a piece of garbage, i been going to this office for years and never had a bad experience like i had with her! I would see Dr.Razor or another doctor there but not her!! I never write reviews but felt like she definitely deserves it!! I would give her 0 stars if i could but had to give her one even though she dont deserve one!!!
Appointment time 4:30. They called (my husbands # NOT mine) & said I have to be there by 4:00 or I would NOT be seen. I checked in a couple days before app, checked in again while in parking lot, checked in at front desk..... I got there at 3:50. The nurse was great & I was looking forward to seeing the doc. At 5:00 the light in my room went off (motion detector didn't know at the time) so I went to the front and said I just wanted to make sure you didn't lock up with me back here.
