Julia is an amazing realtor and found us the perfect house after searching and searching. She spent hours and hours with us seeing so many homes in miles and miles and was available whenever needed. SUPER PATIENT AND HARD WORKING!!!! Even during some hard times that she is going through, she made sure she was always available and gave us the best advice. Julia is a wonderful realtor! She spent two years - yes two years -working to find us what has turned out to be the best house we could hope for! What we found to be most helpful, and professional, is that Julia provides information on what the state of the marketplace is, what she truly thinks a specific house should go for, and works within your budget and what you are looking for. Long review but I encourage prospective clients to read through before working with Ms. Joyce and Berkshire Fox & Roach. I have worked with Ms Joyce now for a few years. Unfortunately, most of my interactions with Julia have not been what I would deem as professional, borderline harassment, and have left me feeling endangered in my own home. Unfortunately our experience with Julia was not professional at all and caused us extreme difficulties. We had the experience of having her as a liaison for a property we were renting and then as a temporary realtor to try and find us a house. At our request to come down and hear what house we were looking for, she came out (late) was not paying attention at most items, changed the subject / talked over us constantly, and spoke about herself for the majority of the time she was there.
