I had a horrible experience with Dr. Han on 7/15/2025. Her bedside manner is unprofessional. She basically told me I should not be having any pain because of the size of my kidney stone. I asked her have you ever had a kidney stone and she said no. I said u should never say that to someone in pain. She acted as if I was wasting her time letting me know all that would need to be done if I wanted surgery. Why is the doctor asking me what to do. We had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Han and McIver Clinic. The first consultation was with another doctor at the clinic and was underwhelming – my boyfriend (the patient) and I felt rushed and dismissed, despite a short wait time. We were scheduled for a vasectomy and hydrocele surgery, but we didn't actually meet Dr. Han until the day of the surgery at the outpatient clinic (Jax Surgery Center) in November 2024.
