understanding. I am very satisfied with my visit
We had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Han and McIver Clinic. The first consultation was with another doctor at the clinic and was underwhelming – my boyfriend (the patient) and I felt rushed and dismissed, despite a short wait time. We were scheduled for a vasectomy and hydrocele surgery, but we didn't actually meet Dr. Han until the day of the surgery at the outpatient clinic (Jax Surgery Center) in November 2024. I called the office, unfortunately it was lunch time and the answering service took a message. I needed to talk with Dr. Han or her nurse. I was told that return calls would be made after 1:15 PM. I mentioned that it was an emergency. couldn't walk, hardly breathe or speak The pain was so incredible. I ended up calling 911. I was taken to St. Vincents' ER Middleburg Wednesday afternoon 12/18 with terrible abdominal and back pain. It was a brief visit since it was for an issue I’ve already had for many years but it is obvious Dr Han is compassionate and has the best interests of the patient at heart
