Julia was relentlessly positive in a market that was almost frozen because of the interest rates, and as soon as words spread that interest rates were going down in September, she brought me two different offers, and then assisted a lot with the inspection details and the closing. I highly recommend her to anyone selling a property in South King County...you can't go wrong!
