THIS IS THE RUDEST OFFICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO HELP, NO EDUCATION. Glad i found a worthy provider i go to, because this location is NOT it!!
Beware of shady business tactics. Hit with surprise lab bill over $500 which was negative for the treatment they recommended. Never allowed to see the lab report, only the bill. How much did the bad test really cost?
