I found her to be compassionate, but part of a larger system which lumps people in a category and performs umbrella medicine. It takes a committed person to disrupt the standard medical systems and policies and replace them with deep listening and curiosity and patience. I did not find her to be this kind of person.

Just hurt my foot - called the office after hours. Dr. Tsongalis called me right back (less than 5 minutes) and booked me for a 9am appt tomorrow. Saved me a trip to the ER and helped to ease concern about likely tetanus exposure.
