I’m leaving this review on behalf of my 79 year old mother who has dementia. PA Case is always so patient with her and has the best bedside manner I’ve ever encountered. I completely trust her with my mom’s care. So blessed to have found her. She has also become my provider and she has helped me improve my health both physically and mentally. I’m happier and healthier because of her. Incredibly rare these days to find someone who treats the whole person.

Compassionate, extremely thorough and punctual. Very responsive on the portal and has called me personally to notify me of a lab result that was urgent. She genuinely cares and always goes above and beyond. My health has greatly improved over the last 5 years thanks to her. I have referred countless friends/family members to her over the years, and they all share the same sentiment!

Called for an appointment. Waited on hold for 5 minutes and after introducing myself the operator hung up on me. If this is how they conduct business I wouldn’t come here. obviously this is no reflection on the NP/MD but I would be so sad if is was the MD and this is how my practice was run.

She is very knowledgeable and very caring. She so she cares. She told me she would help me with my health very much in the way I was feeling at the time. Tell me not to worry that everything would be OK so I’m excited to talk to her every time I see her and Julia thank you so much for all your help I really do
