the woman’s bathroom is worse than a toilet in a jail cell; i can only imagine how the men’s room looks 🤮 VERY unsanitary; also…the 2 times ive even interacted with an employee at the desk, they were less than helpful and low-key rude
The bus drivers spend more time running there mouth especially certain females instead doing there damn job
The supervisors are a joke, the blond one got smart with me one time and I didn't appreciate it, I like a lot of these drivers who are friendly and talk to you, but they have some who are rude and won't speak to you, they also could learn to run some of the buses on time like the 26, this route is never on time Update as of 6/1/24, this bus system keeps getting worse and worse by the day, I rely on Route 31 to get to and from work and home and this route constantly runs late, drivers never leave the Transit Center on time wi... read more
The staff are very helpful in getting on the correct bus. Indianapolis is a big city so you always have alot going on and getting on the right bus is crucial for those on a time schedule.
I wait for my Ubers everyday in the same spot this Blackman A worker tells me I can’t sit on the back wall it’s clearly a seat I have never been said that before especially after a 9 hour shift prime EXAMPLE WHY CITIZENS HAVE A HARD TIME IN LIFE CAUSE OF PPL LIKE HIM ITS NO SIGN OR NOTHING MIND YOU I BEEN AT THE JOB FOR 6 mths and I don’t even sit there long
