June 17, 2026 a bus driver from 10 West Indygo was being mean to me and threatened to kick me out just cause he assumed I was listening to music but I wasn't and other people talk with loud noise talking to peope on their phones and that doesn't bother mostly and I was frightened and terrorized it felt like the bus drive from 10 west was a terrorist attack.

In comparison with the old way, our evolving and well maintained Julia Carson Transit Center is a very efficient and secure way to move about the city. Making it easy to deal with actual people for customer service, restrooms, water etc. Not to at all downplay how asthetically pleasing the futuristic building and grounds are. Alot of crime happens ANYWHERE there are a lot of people period. For the convenience and reliability of what it is for the City of Indianapolis I give it and the employees 5 stars

Little to no traffic, not busy at all. Buses on time, and not crowded. Was only on the 8 & 26.

Booo! Tomatoes tomatoes. I was trying to eat my lunch at the transit center while I waited for my bus. However a short security guard came to me and told me I couldn’t eat on Indygo property. I said “okay” and I walked across the street to finish my food. However the bench I was sitting next to. Had food trash next to it. A bag of cookies and a Gatorade bottle.
