A few things we value the most are honesty, knowledge, and communication. Julia is absolutely TOP NOTCH at all three. Always there for us. Always had our best interests (not her own) Responded to every single request or need. Went above and beyond with some cool benefits too! Best agent ever. Agent for life.
Please don't work with this agent. Where do I start? I ended up losing close to 15K because of this unscrupulous agent. She doesn't even have a buyer's package to give me. She doesn't explain anything. Sends documents and doesn't tell what it is for. Then forces me to sign papers that are advantageous to the seller on short notice. She colludes with the seller and made me lose a lot of money. The inspector she suggested didn't do a good job.
