Nothing but praise for the staff , including Dr Baltz, her assistant and re eptionist,at Dermatology Professionals. I was quite anxious about some Mohs surgery. The whole process was much easier than expected thanks to their kindness,empathy, communication and and skills.
I had a bit of a scare recently when I was diagnosed with squamous cell/basal cell carcinoma. I was referred to Dr Baltz for the surgery. Not knowing what to expect, my trepidation was quickly put to ease by both Dr. Baltz and her assistant Jessica. They explained with great clarity the surgical procedure. They were professional, efficient, and had a calming manner throughout. I couldn't have been blessed with a better team! Dr. Baltz and her assistant Jessica are a great team. Very professional and courteous. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
The staff was extremely competent, respectful, kind, and efficient. The medical team was fantastic!
