Its under new management so its definitely getting better than it was. Its Month to month rentals so its great if you're looking for something short term, but we've also been here a while, and so have some others. 2 bedroom apartments are set up like townhouses, single bedroom and studio apartments are the typical upstairs downstairs apartments. Management sucks bunch of tweekers live there for 6yrs never fixed anything it's not even worth it unless your in desperate need of a place
