This was my third appointment with Julia and as usual I felt well cared for and understood. She explained the hearing test and instructions for wearing my hearing aids clearly. Excellent service and care as usual.
Julia is insightful about complex technologies in audiology, and she’s very cordial. She’s really good at explaining difficult concepts, leaving you with the sense that you’ve received a full grasp of things.
She was professional and looked right at you when you she talked so you could hear her.
