Julia was very helpful in assisting me get ready for my hearing test. She regularly communicated with me throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable as well as understood the pieces needed from me for each test. She was efficient and pleasant and even provided me some results of the test that would also be reviewed with me by Dr Duong.
She was very thorough in explaining how care for hearing aid. Julia was also encouraging me to call if I had questions regarding my appointment.
Julia was very professional. She explained information so that I was able to understand it completely.she took my questions and answered them again so I could understand them. I really liked her.
Very good job. Had a very good suggestion of having a hearing test and try the new model of the hearing aids
