JULIA IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Nasty little dogs run up and sit on your lap during appts, she eats McDonald's while treating you, super unorganized with even other patients files sitting out right next to you, and I could GO ON AND ON! She should lose her license.

Julia did not contact my insurance company and let me run up a bill after three visits. I never even received a bill until I tried to schedule a follow-up appointment and was told I had a balance, even though I had been paying what I believed to be my portion every visit. In addition to prescribing medication, she offered counsel though I have no idea if she is trained to do so. I regret sitting through appointments with her as she seemed uninterested in helping me to reconcile with my husband and save our marriage. She has ... read more

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Was this psychiatrist friendly? Polite Enough Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
