Jules Scott Hair Design is the BEST in Anderson for a professional Cut service as well as amazing color. Jules will tell you if your hair type will work for the cut you desire and if not, will speak to you about what will work. An AMAZING stylist and this man knows how to cut hair. I can't say enough about this salon and the care taken for each client. A miracle worker for sure!
