The last few interactions I’ve had with the front desk has been a challenge. In todays visit alone they charged me incorrectly mistaking me for a different patient even though I wrote it out for them on forms and booked me incorrectly as a result I have to push an excision to the Spring even though I specifically spoke with them about the need for this two week window. As a result I will have to wait, not ideal if it’s cancer, and pay 3 copays instead of 2. I will be going to someone else once I receive todays biopsies. If y... read more

Dr aback was rude and did not listen to my mother’s concerns. He physically left the room once and said this would not work. Good, we are never coming back anyway!

Dr. Abadi helped my son tremendously with his skin. My son progressed immediately after seeing Dr. Abadi. He asks questions, and keeps his appointment with his patience on time. I am also a patient. And referred my sister. We love Mary as well!

Dr. Abadi was timely and efficient. I felt confident in his treatment and was put at ease by his manner and instilling calmness. The outcomen of my procedure was excellent and noticed by other professionals as top notch. Time was taken to explain what to expect and treatment afterwards. His staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Abadi to anyone who would like a doctor with a positive and personal interest in his patients.

Had a small procedure to remove a white patch on lip. Thinking nothing of it, I figured the insurance I had would foot the bill. I receive a phone call 12 mos after procedure telling me I owe them 400 dollars, how can that be I was covered under insurance. Needless to say it was sent to collections. Fedilis has no record of them billing for procedure, and to top it all off the "Dr Jules Abdi"is very unprofessional, and arrogant. I was recently diagnosed with a malignant melanoma on my right forearm. Dr. Abadi, Mary & the staff treated me promptly, respectfully and professionally. After the initial diagnosis and treatment Dr. Abadi ultimately sent me to a dermatologic surgeon who continued the treatment, and I am now cancer free. I am ever so grateful for the positive outcome. I’ve been seeing Dr. Abadi for 17+ years. He has always helped me with my many skin issues. I have psoriasis on my scalp and on my elbows, and he would always give me some magic potion that got rid of it. I’m very fair skinned so I have to see the doctor on a regular basis. Dr. Abadi is funny, yet professional, he makes you feel comfortable and explains the procedures well. He’s a GREAT dermatologist. It says a lot when you have the same doctor for 17 plus years.
