I brought A F150 Transmission went out and 2 hours She didn't wanna fix that but she did After i told her she can have it back so she fixed it. When I get it back one week later alternator went out in oil leak n i got to pay for it. I haven't even had to truck for 2 week. Bad dealership leave them alone Scam artist
This place is amazing. No hastles and no upselling. The owner is the one you deal with. Great vechicels and if they don't have what you want, they will find it for you. They make you feel like family and we will definitely be going back. You're not just another number there and great customer service. Something that is lost at the big corporate stores. You're not there for 3 to 4 hrs either. Thanks for the great experience.
Jules Auto Sales and Kimberly Auto Mart are not the same business!!
As we walked into Kimberly Auto Mart we were greeted by a very nice gentleman named Tom Freeborn, we explained our situation to him and also let him know that because of our credit history that most dealers in the area could not help us. Tom had a simple solution for us and we drove out with our new (used) Ford F-150 Quad Cab Lariat! Thanks Kimberly Auto Mart (and Tom!).
