Our experience at Jules was top-notch from beginning to end. We had the salad, meatballs and cabbage to start, followed by two pizzas and the chicken, and finished up with both desserts. Everything was fresh, full of delicious flavors and textures, and presented beautifully. Absolutely amazing service, food, and ambience. It's very rare that a "hyped" restaurant lives up to expectations, and Jules exceeds it. Every dish was beyond amazing. Jia, our server, went above and beyond, but the entire team: Cam, Zach, Hannah, Aileen; everyone went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. Every fine dining mark was hit: timing, service, hospitality. My only complaint is that they have not yet received a Michelin star for their amazing work!!!
Possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust texture was really amazing. It wasn’t pillowy like a neopolitan cooked short and super hot, it was crisp and so light - you bit into it, and it had a delightful crunch and chew from the high sourdough starter content, but didn’t fill you up. Get the Marone (the most basic pie), and just wonder at how something so simple can be transcendent.
pizza is phenomenal, don’t sleep on the pull apart buns and crudo!!
Worth checking out for their creative menu but not worth coming back. Tried two pizzas and they are not pleasing on the eyes, and tasted okay. Very greasy to say the least and it’s not even quality grease, maybe cheap oil or something Service was a bit lacking as well.
