Just closed on my FOURTH loan through Rate. Julee and her team are A-MAZING! I would give them 6 stars, if I could. My loan process was a DOOZY, including restarting the loan application THREE TIMES due to title issues and address number changes... They worked SO hard to get everything done to allow me to close as soon as possible once we were cleared, including pushing through a surprise appraisal requirement in TWO BUSINESS DAYS! I highly recommend Rate! HUZZAH!
Julee and her team are so efficient and responsive, we were never in the dark about our loan. The best service we ever experienced. This is our fifth home purchase.
