I had my hair done by Luis for the first time today, and I am so impressed with his artistic skill. He did a phenomenal job in a timely manner. I’m so happy that I found such a great stylist!
I asked for a trim and long layers. Haircuts are deceptive when you have a blowout. No one is answering my requests to have it fixed, instead I was told I can pay for another haircut by a different stylist.
This is one of the most amazing salons in the country. I actually come from California to get my hair styled by the owner, Julie. I have copper red hair and she is the only one who can create the exact formula to duplicate my natural color. I get a ton of compliments.. The parking is easy, the service is amazing. The prices are fair and I highly recommend this location.
We have been meaning to post this for a while. Unfortunately, our collective experiences at this salon have been consistently disappointing, not because of the quality of the work alone, but because of the customer service. We have found the owner to be dismissive and unwelcoming. Simple things like greeting clients or taking a moment to acknowledge them when they walk in seem to be lacking, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.
