I’ve been coming here on and off for a decade and today I had the worst experience ever. I was getting a gel manicure and the nail technician was filing off the previous gel using an electric nail file and over-filed my nails with one going through the protective nail layer causing internal inflammation, pain, & redness. I had to tell her on multiple occasions she was hurting me before it happened, at least 5-6 times before it happened.
