What the heck changed? This used to be the best burger I have ever had but the last few times I have been there- there is a noticeable lack of what used to be. Average Burgers. I used to recommend this place to everyone and now I wouldn’t. Dirty menus, dirty tables and bad service. This place USED to be so amazing!
I know all restaurants are busy on Saturdays. So we called ahead at 530 for a reservation at 6. We're told a half an hour on the phone. Got there and still had to wait. That's okay. It gets to 630 and we're still waiting. Someone with a reservation for 630 comes in and gets seated ahead of us. With three hostesses standing there you think they would've figured out their mistake but they didn't. I've had positive experiences here before but this was just a bad customer service experience all around.

Mr. Czerwonka, I do apologize about the confusion at the door. Two of the three hosts are in training (first day) and their knowledge of our reservation system is minimal at best. Great burgers, fantastic location. We live to see businesses thrive. Service could be a bit better. Wait time was too long.
Visited yesterday, first time. DEFINITELY be back again. Outstanding food, big fat (not fatty) juicy burger cooked to perfection. Fresh fries, and quite the variety of choices. Hospitality is also big on my ratings, and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Kudos to last night's staff! Thank you for an excellent dinner last night.

Burgers AND fries (especially sweet potato) are outstanding! The atmosphere is great too! Perfect for lunch or dinner or a quick afternoon business meeting! Juicy Burger is one of many places making Hamburg a better place!
