The staff’s attitude here was terrible. When I asked a question, the employee leaned on the table with their elbows and responded in a lazy, dismissive tone. I will never come back here again.
I’ve been coming here for a number of years. Pleased with the smoothies and the service. Store needs to fix their hours here on Google though to reflect when they are actually open hence the three stars. Several times I have walked over when they say they are open and they are closed. Also they repeatedly send special offers for ordering ahead but then don’t accept those orders.
The service here is poor specifically, I asked the cashier what has a açaí bowl a simple question, and she just laughed at me in a mocking way… Is my question stupid? She made no effort to improve the service, so I just left.
Kudos to JP for an outstanding menu of health minded drinks and food. My fountain of youth was as delicious as a dessert, but the falafel was underwhelming. Two orders of falafel bites, one small smoothie and a bottle of spicy orange juice was $36. I nearly choked but welcome to NYC.
