Closed. No one’s ever worked here in the 12+ times I’ve visited during open hours. Talked to an Equinox staff member, they’re closing this and swapping it out with another smoothie brand (TBD when).

Nobody was present at the counter. Is that how you run your store
Extremely unfriendly and emotionless staff. Never addressed me, wearing headphones, continued to ignore me while I stared at him and waited for him to acknowledge me. The *only* words he uttered were “clean green” once the smoothie preparation was complete. Then went straight back to his phone. Service doesn’t get much worse than this. Visited 1/28/24 12:30pm. This is a pattern and not a one-time occurrence..
