Horrible service. Ordered two smoothies, one of them was great the other tasted off after the first sip. I brought it back and told them and asked to exchange it for a new smoothie, and apparently it is policy to not allow exchanges after a sip has been taken… this policy makes no sense. How are you supposed to know if something is wrong with your smoothie until you sip it!! Horrible policy. Pretty bad açaí bowl. Taste was bland. Blueberries were still frozen. Had to ask for a topping they forgot to put on.
Just found out my favorite person, Kim was let go. This is so disappointing, I always looked forward to seeing her she really would make my day.

Extremely disturbing experience at JP on 71st & Columbus on Tuesday, May 19th around 1:00 PM. This place IS NOT Juice press nor does it represent anything it used to be! Its been bought & converted to the lowest quality experience on the upper west side. I walked in with my daughter and was immediately hit with a terrible odor that smelled like sewage.
