I ordered ginger smoothie thinking ginger quantity will be small. The smoothie ended up being so spicy and gingery that it was impossible to taste mango, passionfruit and other ingredients. Absolutely not worth the money and time. Service is unfriendly.
I’m a regular customer at this Juice Press and typically spend $50+ a week on green juice here, so I’m writing this because I genuinely want this location to be better. Unfortunately, the ongoing problem is that it simply isn’t reliably open during its posted business hours. Today was particularly frustrating. The store is posted as closing at 7 PM. Horrible service. Ordered two smoothies, one of them was great the other tasted off after the first sip. I brought it back and told them and asked to exchange it for a new smoothie, and apparently it is policy to not allow exchanges after a sip has been taken… this policy makes no sense. How are you supposed to know if something is wrong with your smoothie until you sip it!! Horrible policy. Pretty bad açaí bowl. Taste was bland. Blueberries were still frozen. Had to ask for a topping they forgot to put on.
Just found out my favorite person, Kim was let go. This is so disappointing, I always looked forward to seeing her she really would make my day.
