Absolutely horrible communication and unable to effectively complete a simple order

The 2 girls working there have no social skills, they were sitting on the floor on their phones and didn’t notice us standing there for almost 2 minutes, once they realised, they continued to give us moody faces and no manners, not even a greeting or a smile? i’m honestly not sure how either of them managed to get a job in customer service with the attitude they gave us.
